3nh YL72 Online Non-contact Spectrophotometer adopts nano - spectral technology. It can quickly and non - destructively collect chromaticity data of liquids, pastes, powders, and vulnerable surfaces. Specifically tailored for automated production lines, it supports stable operation without human intervention. It combines high - speed measurement with diverse communication functions and can be flexibly installed on assembly lines and robotic arms. 1. Non-contact measurement

YL72 adopts 45/0 optical structure and 7.5mm non-contact distance to realize non-contact measurement between the test probe and the sample to be measured, and is applied to precise color measurement of special samples such as liquid, paste, powder and fragile surface in automatic production line.

2. High-accuracy survey

The repeatability of YL72 chromaticity value is as high as ΔE*ab≤0.015, and the inter-station difference is controlled at ΔE*ab≤0.2, which ensures the consistency of measurement results of different batches and different equipment and redefines the industry quality standard.

3. High speed measurement

The measurement can be completed in 0.11 seconds at the earliest, supporting instrument triggering or online control triggering, flexibly setting single/multiple average measurement, seamless connection with production line, real-time online monitoring, and remarkable production efficiency.

1. Silicon photodiode array (20 groups in two rows) sensor

Double-row 20-group silicon photodiode array, with large-area design, strong light is unsaturated, low light sensitivity is high, spectral response range covers 400-700nm, 10nm output, reflectivity measurement range is 0-200%, and visible light information is accurately captured.

2. Nano-integrated spectral device

It has the ability of nano-scale light splitting, which can accurately separate light with different wavelengths and effectively guarantee the data accuracy of each band.

3. Full-spectrum long-life LED light source

The lighting source of the instrument covers the full spectrum of 400-700nm, and has sufficient spectral distribution in the visible range, which avoids the spectral loss of white LED and ensures the accuracy of the instrument measurement results. When detecting color differences, the first factors to consider when selecting a light source include its stability, directionality, lifespan, and the effectiveness of the ultimately obtained spectral curve. The illuminant of a colorimeter is a fixed bulb, such as a tungsten lamp,LED light or a long-life xenon lamp. However, for the same color sample, the results displayed by the instrument vary under different light sources. This is because different light sources cause different absorption and reflection of light on the sample, leading to differences in how both the human eye and the instrument perceive the color. 

In general, the D65 light source is used in the application of coil steel inks for construction. The D65 light source is equivalent to average daylight. Most coil steel inks for construction are used outdoors, and sunlight is regarded as the standard light source in outdoor environments. For household appliance coil steel inks, due to their usage characteristics, they are mostly used indoors. Therefore, the A standard light source is adopted for color measurement of samples based on indoor lighting conditions. The A light source is a carefully specified tungsten light source. Other light sources, such as fluorescent light sources, can be used in many types of applications. For example, some textile factories use fluorescent light sources. Therefore, a reasonable light source should be selected as the mutually recognized measurement method based on actual usage conditions and user requirements. Once agreed upon by both parties, color measurement must be conducted under the same conditions. This helps reduce unnecessary systematic errors and human errors, achieving the optimal consistency in color measurement
