Incoming material inspection (IQC)

Inspection purpose: put an end to the aging loss caused by bad process and unqualified quality of renovated materials.

Conduct strict inspections and acceptance checks on purchased raw materials, spare parts, etc., to ensure that their quality meets the requirements. Establish a supplier evaluation and management system, select high-quality suppliers, and build long-term and stable cooperative relationships with them.

Scientific MES system (Manufacturing execution system) is adopted in Threenh factory, from initial proposals to product shipments, our activities are process driven with a framework that allows for planning, execution, review, and continual improvement. The MES system can provide complete traceability, including work order information such as production, testing, maintenance, inspection, and shipment, as well as key component serial number tracking and yield rate changes.
