3nh YL72 Online Non-contact Spectrophotometer adopts nano - spectral technology. It can quickly and non - destructively collect chromaticity data of liquids, pastes, powders, and vulnerable surfaces. Specifically tailored for automated production lines, it supports stable operation without human intervention. It combines high - speed measurement with diverse communication functions and can be flexibly installed on assembly lines and robotic arms. It monitors and transmits data in real - time, accurately enabling efficient quality control.

Measurement performance: accurate and efficient

1. Non-contact measurement

YL72 adopts 45/0 optical structure and 7.5mm non-contact distance to realize non-contact measurement between the test probe and the sample to be measured, and is applied to precise color measurement of special samples such as liquid, paste, powder and fragile surface in automatic production line.

2. High-accuracy survey

The repeatability of YL72 chromaticity value is as high as ΔE*ab≤0.015, and the inter-station difference is controlled at ΔE*ab≤0.2, which ensures the consistency of measurement results of different batches and different equipment and redefines the industry quality standard.

3. High speed measurement

The measurement can be completed in 0.11 seconds at the earliest, supporting instrument triggering or online control triggering, flexibly setting single/multiple average measurement, seamless connection with production line, real-time online monitoring, and remarkable production efficiency.

Powerful hardware

1. Silicon photodiode array (20 groups in two rows) sensor

Double-row 20-group silicon photodiode array, with large-area design, strong light is unsaturated, low light sensitivity is high, spectral response range covers 400-700nm, 10nm output, reflectivity measurement range is 0-200%, and visible light information is accurately captured.

2. Nano-integrated spectral device

It has the ability of nano-scale light splitting, which can accurately separate light with different wavelengths and effectively guarantee the data accuracy of each band.

3. Full-spectrum long-life LED light source

The lighting source of the instrument covers the full spectrum of 400-700nm, and has sufficient spectral distribution in the visible range, which avoids the spectral loss of white LED and ensures the accuracy of the instrument measurement results. The service life of the light source is as long as 5 years, and it can support more than 3 million measurements.

4. Intelligent automatic calibration

Built-in intelligent automatic calibration function can quickly complete calibration after startup without manual intervention, ensuring long-term stable operation. With magnetic correction bracket, it is easy to operate and reduce human error.
