1. Non-contact measurement

YL72 adopts 45/0 optical structure and 7.5mm non-contact distance to realize non-contact measurement between the test probe and the sample to be measured, and is applied to precise color measurement of special samples such as liquid, paste, powder and fragile surface in automatic production line.

The repeatability of YL72 chromaticity value is as high as ΔE*ab≤0.015, and the inter-station difference is controlled at ΔE*ab≤0.2, which ensures the consistency of measurement results of different batches and different equipment and redefines the industry quality standard.

1. Silicon photodiode array (20 groups in two rows) sensor

Double-row 20-group silicon photodiode array, with large-area design, strong light is unsaturated, low light sensitivity is high, spectral response range covers 400-700nm, 10nm output, reflectivity measurement range is 0-200%, and visible light information is accurately captured.

2. Nano-integrated spectral device

It has the ability of nano-scale light splitting, which can accurately separate light with different wavelengths and effectively guarantee the data accuracy of each band.

3. Full-spectrum long-life LED light source

The lighting source of the instrument covers the full spectrum of 400-700nm, and has sufficient spectral distribution in the visible range, which avoids the spectral loss of white LED and ensures the accuracy of the instrument measurement results. The service life of the light source is as long as 5 years, and it can support more than 3 million measurements.
